We want you to love your Hidden Homes UK membership. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with the email address you used at checkout and we'll process it for you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
